DJ Debbie is playing 80s music tonight at the Tacklebox. Starts at 8.30pm. Neon clothes and banana clips optional.

She is going to do a different theme every week. Or maybe just repeat the most popular one.

My favorite 80s song is Obsession by Animotion. In case you were wondering...

Good one BrussleSprout forgot about that song.

Sorry for those that are going to have one of these stuck in their head for the rest of the day but who could forget the cult classics of;
“867-5309/Jenny” by Tommy Tutone, “Safety Dance” by Men without Hats, and who could forget “Tainted Love" by Soft Cell.

But why eat my vegetables I already know that I am short!

DARN - wish I was still there! Although didn't have my neon green glitter pants w/me while in SP. . . Or my big hair. . .

Was 'My Sharona' by The Knack 80s? I was actually nicknamed 'Sharona' for much of the 80s because of my obsession w/that song.

Have fun. Is Kevin wearing 80s gear too? Tossing in the pink TB shirt for something neon? wink

My Kids sure enjoyed drinking with Kevin, on their Thanksgiving Night bar crawl. Tacklebox was their 6th stop and stayed on instead of making 7 stops, then back next day for lunch.
