I have been trying to contact the Paradise resort hotel via email to see if they still have our Jan. reservations and I have not heard a thing back from them. I am starting to worry. Are they open? Should I try to change my reservations to a different hotel?

IF THE PARADISE HOTEL IS THE SAME AS THE PARADISE VILLAS, I RECEIVED 2 E-MAILS FROM NELLIE GOMEZ LAST WEEK THAT THEY WHERE 75 % OPEN AND WOULD BE 100% BY THANKSGIVING.
WE ARE GOING TO PARADISE VILLAS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS AND SHE ASSURED US THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL.

I finally got email from Paradise Resort Hotel (3 weeks later!) and the cabana we had reservations for was indeed destroyed. All of their cabanas are closed until feb. We are now attempting to find a new place to stay with minimal stay requirements (we are scheduled to go to Ian Anderson's) and same price range ($100-150/nt)
