Where are the best beaches on AC for sunbathing or swimming?

Andy&Jen, there's a great recent post about how to do a search on this board. Probably no one likes to hear "go search yourself" but searching is a really good tool for the more common kinds of questions and you will find a variety of opinions! wink

I can never remember which is better . . . safe? . . . or sorry?

Or you could just say "xyz beach is the best" and then Leah Ann will do all the research and tell you why you are wrong....

Its a great game, and I never tire of it...kinda like pulling your sisters pig tails laugh

It's rarely rocket science, it's usually just math: then again if you can't do the math.......

Pay no attention to these two . . they would argue over who argues better . .no wait, that is all they do!! And about all the beaches are great for sunbathing . .swimming is another matter. The seagrass can be pretty heavy in some places.

Lots of superfluous BS. Did anyone answer the question? Mar de Tumbo around Banyon Bay is a nice beach. Ask anyone for directions. The beach at Victoria House or Ramones are also very nice. Have fun.

My favorite would be Ramon's. But even though I am a huge beach fan, I like docks best in San Pedro. For swimming and sunning. There are lots of good ones.

Caribbean Villas has great stretch of beach too.

My vote would still be beaches on the north side of the island - mainly accessible by boat.
