CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF NOAA WEATHER RADIO BROADCASTS ARE RECIEVED IN SAN PEDRO OR ARE LOCAL BROADCASTS RELIED ON. IN LIGHT OF THE LAST HURICANE SITUATION WOULD A NOAA WEATHER ALERT RADIO HAVE BEEN USEFULL FOR OBTAINING TRACKING REPORTS ECT. I AM THINKING OF GIFT IDEAS FOR SOMEONE ON THE ISLAND.

Nice thought but the only radio we have here is our local "Reef Radio" station which does broadcast the Belize Weather Service reports.
