Does anyone know who will have to obtain a license.....will it be for certain types of fishing......how much will it cost and how long a period will it cover?

I'm happier than a pig in s__t...a foot on the sand...and a Belikin in my hand!

Acording to the San Pedro Daily, the SPBA is soliciting comment from members and the general public. Unfortunately, the link won't work, at least on my end.
