does anybody know how hard is it to get to belize from mexico, guatemala city, or costa rica does mayan air or tropic air or anybody fly at a reasonable fare? I have found cheap tickets to those places that I wouldn't mind seeing anyway on my way back to san pedro.

It appears that the only flights in that are not from the US are from San Salvador, San Pedro Sula in Honduras and Flores in Guatemala. You might want to try the Maya and Tropic websites to see if they have any other regional arrivals to the Belize City municipal airport or to Corozal. You can fly to SP from either location on both airlines.

can a poor person move to belize, if you do'nt eat and drink out alot? maybe buy a place and just stay 1/2 the year?
