I've been reading this boards for some time now, and I want to thank you all for the great info you provide here... I'm really looking forward to my AC trip from 12/26 to 1/1!!!

I have only one question, are international ATM's available in AC?? or do we have to bring enough cash with us?? I asume credit cards are easily acceptable???

Thank you again!!!

Cash, Traveler's Checks and credit cards accepted almost everywhere. No International ATM's. Two Banks with limited hours for cash advances.

Take one card and travellers' checks...that way, if you need to go light, the card is water-proof and you can get local currency so that when you need it, you have it; but you don't want to have to exchange a lot of Bze for U.S. when you go back through Goldson...the exchange rate, you know!
