Two weeks from today we (my wife, my son and daughter in law) arrive for a wonderful week in Belize. The first two nights at AC (The Palms), and since it is the first trip for my son and his wife, we are excited for them to experience Belize for the first time!!! And, we are excited also. And, BC's is but a short trek from the Palms...can crawl home from there.

Raymond,have you been to Belize before? I am taking my first trip in mid January and would like to know if you have any hotel recommendations? If you have been there before, any tips would be appreciated.

We are staying at The Palms...they are Condos and have a great jungle setting fresh water pool. They are RIGHT on the beach and a very short walk to the commercial area of town.

This is my fourth time at The Palms so you can see we enjoy it a lot. I prefer being closer to "town" and places such as Lily's offer good accommodations. Go to the AC web site and then click on lodging. There are bunches. There are some really nice places up north, but you have to take water taxi to get back to town. It all depends on what you are looking for.
