It's close to town just south of the bridge. I've known a few people who've stayed there and been happy.

I don't think it would be a bad place to stay as long as you have a unit facing the beach. I think there are a couple more buildings 'in the back'. I understand the furnishings are a bit dated, but, it looks well maintained, at least from the outside.

hhhmmmm...we have stayed at a condo south of town and Caribe Island before - they were both great, Sometimes trying to save a few dollars isn't worth it, any feedback is appreciated.

It's better than Rubys... and the location is the best thing about it, a bit further up the beach means a quieter nite, or should I say early morning. We stayed at the Conch last week, nice enough place to lay your head, but 5:30 every morning the hustle/bustle of tourists and divers begins.. very loudly.

Stayed at 7 Seas a few years back, and loved it!

We aren't big party animals anymore (believe me I used to be able to hang with the big dogs!!) and we won't be on the go constantly, therefore we need more than a place to just "lay our head". This is slow down and relax time, therefore a nice beach and pool is essential for me as well as security and internet. 6 - I read your posts from before sounds like you enjoyed 7 seas.
