Does anyone have any info, comments, feedback for these condos?

Long-term or short-term?

Ernie B can fill in. That's where he always stays and Capt Jeff also owns there! Way south and you'll need a cart!

Snowbird winter residents there never need a cart..and walk to town daily. They also swim laps in the very nice pool everyday.
They have enjoyed RPV for years...

Short term. I was thinking about the cart rental...not a bad thing but defeats the purpose of trying to save a buck - is a cart recommended if staying at Xanadu?

I've heard that there are varying degrees in conditions of individual units, some nice and some not-so-nice. I don't know how to distinguish between them, though, as I've never stayed there, but maybe someone else can clarify. The pool always looks nice.

You don't need a cart, unless you cannot walk for more than 15 -20 mins on sand or raise an arm to flag one of the many cabs. Great pool, and Mata Rocks next door has a great little bar. Room quality and types can vary though.

Does anyone know what a taxi costs to go to the bridge?

I really enjoyed my weekend stay at RPV. The pool is quite nice. Also Banana Beach is next door and their restruant (El Divino) is divine!

Did they just recently build new condos there or around there? It seems as though I vaguely remember new buildings/vegetation go up when we were there last year. This is why we need to get back more often!
