Who the hell gave a permit to dredge at Mexico Rocks, one of the most popular snorkeling spots on the island, 200yards north of the Legacy Resort exactly in front of the buoys the dive guides tie their boats to when they take tourist snorkeling. Have the people in government totally lost their minds?

This cant be allowed.
Its totally idiotic.
I sent it to the San Pedro Sun and I'm hoping the San Pedro Daily will pick it up, but it shouldn't stop there Government doesn't seem to care about a little bad press. Our elected people in government need to hear from the public and change the non-elected folks that are allowing/permitting these things.
Elsa Paz and Manuel Herdia need to be pressured to act.

I need a map of the area, if someone in the Midisland Group or a Realtor has a lot map on line, were trying to describe the exact spot to help the department of geology decide if its issued a permit.

Hi Elbert, about 600 ft north of Legacy is probably George Alamilla and family property. Is is where they slashed and burned acres of land last year? I would have to check my maps at the office to be certain or to pinpoint where it is.
