My wife and I will be in san pedro feb 20th Ican't wait.we were wondering about any vacinations for our vist or not anybodys help would be apprecited.

No. Nothing is needed in San Pedro. It is very clean and there are no health problems there. I would recommend if you go into the jungle on the mainland for any length of time, to take a malaria preventative. I had my kids innoculated with hepatitis A and B before our trip, but they needed it for school anyway.......... I like to be extra careful when it comes to my little precious ones...
