really enjoyed the food. I had a shrimp dish based in coconut milk with rice, beans, plantains. My husband had a chicken which had some type of curry. Is this typical for Belizean eats? If so, we can't wait to sample the local fare!

Sounds pretty Belizean. Add stewed chicken, rice, beans and potato salad and you've got it!
