Well if it's any consolation folks, I've got the cranky Amos virus on my message board too. What it must be like to run out of original nasty things to say when you have handle shitzophrenia. Maybe if everyone sent him a Christmas card he'd get over it. Anyway, if you havn't had enough bs from Steve or Dan or Tammy or John, etc. come by the site and join the fun! I can't believe the bozo takes it so personal. See ya there.

Y'all may think Steve A. is funny, but wait until he assumes your identity and writes people in Belize and elsewhere pretending to be you (which he did to me.) You will not think he is so amusing then! Or wait until he starts e-mailing people on your boards who have posted questions about Belize -- he uses various addresses and names, sending sick and ridiculous comments.

He is a desperately ill person with what appear to be multiple personalities. He needs to be in an institution, or at least under full-time professional care with medication.

My feeeling is that he may already be in an institution of some sort where he has 24 x 7 access to a computer because he is ALWAYS lurking. Lan is right, it is a nightmare when someone assumes your identity online. I've had it happen to me, someone registered an account as me on hotmail -- altho it was only done to send abusive emails to me. But when you try to contact the ISP and get it stopped, the burden of proof is on you to prove that you have been impersonated. I don't think there is much you can do, especially on message boards -- except ignore him and stay vigilant. The Internet is a great thing but it really brings the wackos out of the corners, and I think we've only seen the tip of the iceberg with Internet schemes and privacy issues. Hang in there, Tim.

I agree with Lan's diagnosis whole heartedly.
It is painfully obvious that he has serious mental disease.

I guess it could be possible for him to already be institutionalized....but I doubt it. If he were he would definately be on supervised medication and would more than likely be in a more manageable condition.

I say he is nutty as a fruit cake......not under a doctors regular care....not taking his prescribed medications....totally a non-compliant patient......probably on medical disability....and got plenty of time to play on his numerous computers.

I've seen worse. On a bad day, I can blow him away. Anyway, been gone awhile to the Thorzine Relays. Every year it takes longer and longer. Take care. Bill
