I just wanted to share with the public what I wrote to Marty. He and those who help him do a tremendous job and offer a wonderful service to people all over. When I lived in Belize I use to get so frustrated with folks who would show up all exicted about their vacation, only to find that they had been misinformed. My staff and I use to spend hours trying to please guests who had been told unrealistic expectations. And then there were the hours I would spend re-doing itineraries because what was set up in the states was ill-fitted for the guests. I don't think the mistakes were necessarily intentional, just a lack of information. The message board helps to eliminate many of those errors. So Marty, to you and your staff, A BIG AND GRATEFUL THANKS!
