I'm interested in buying a restaurant preferrably in San Pedro but was wondering how it is during the off season in Ambergris Caye?

A better question may be "How it is during the "on" season"?

Off season is when you hope that you've impressed and treated the locals well enough that they'll keep you going until high season.

Amen Simon. A restaurant on a small island can not survive during slow season without its loyal local customers. I had that exact same conversation a while ago with a restaurant owner, about being nice to his bread and butter.

Lysh, also to survive you have to make all you can in high season, hold on to it, because hurricane season is right around the corner.
