Is this on a sailboat? I'm VERY interested. My husband and I were wondering if it were possible to take a sailing trip to Roatan Island in Honduras. Just a quick one. Overnight if necessary, but haven't read a thing about this kind of thing on the board. Where did you get this information? Does anyone else have any suggestions? Lan Sluder!! Can you help? Debbie

I'm sure you could take a boat to Roatan but it would take much longer than overnight. You can fly from Belize City to San Pedro Sula and then get a puddle jumper to Roatan but I still would not do it just overnight, too much of a hassle.
175 Miles!!! Some idiot told me it was just a hop, skip and a jump away. Good for a day sail, spend the night and sail back. A lot they knew!!! Will get out my geography book and look it up myself next time!! Thanks Lan! Debbie
Are you "the" Lydia from the Bill in Tulsa board? I was on the board a lot last year as Andi from CA/Munich and have been to the Riviera Maya 9 times. I am friends with Shelley from Calgary on Bills board. We drove to Xcalac 4 years ago and stayed at Costa de Cocos and did some great snorkeling on the Chinchorro Banks. The cyber world is small.
