Quiet, secure area, yet still close enough to town to enjoy all the activities and then come home to your own place.
Tres Coco's area (1 mile north of the bridge). 150' from the beach with unobstructed ocean views and access. Walk the beach two minutes to your right, you're at the Palapa Bar for conversation and cold drinks. Two minutes to your left on that same beautiful sandy beach, and you're at Ak'Bol for morning yoga and then a scrumptious breakfast (or also conversation and cold drinks, this is Belize after all!). Fully fenced with plenty of area for secure golf cart parking. This is a great house in a great location.
$1200US/month plus utilities. First/last/security deposit for long term lease. $500/week for short term. Pets are negotiable. Caretaker on premises downstairs.
