The SAGA Humane Society still has a number of donated prizes from the last fundraiser, and will be holding a 'Silent Auction' for these items. ALL monies raised go the SAGA Humane Socety, and you all know that is a very worthwhile, and much needed cause here on the island.

For those that do not know how this works, you place a bid for any (or all!!!) the items on the list. List will stay open until next Wednesday, highest bidder at the end gets the item. The bidding sheets will be out and about over the next few days, available in Lime Bar and at the yard sale at the park this Sunday morning. Or, you can contact me directly with your bid, '[email protected]' or 610 3733. For those out-of-country that want to bid, no problem. We will work out a way for you to pay, should you be successful.

I will update this post at least once a day to inform all where the bidding currently stands, so all will know what they have to beat. As I said earlier. Bidding will close Wednesday (29th) and winners will be notified on Thursday.

We had to cancel the yard sale on Sunday as Front Street was closed to traffic, so we will be holding the yard sale this Sunday, the 2nd August. We are extending the deadline on the auction until Sunday, so you still have a few days to get your bids in.
