I'm coming down the second full week in March and staying at the Tides Beach Hotel.

How is the hotel?

We are into trying any 'native' foods and restaurants...any suggestions? (Spicy food a BIG plus).

Jambel Jerk Pit is a MUST!!! It's spicey Jamaican food. WONDERFUL!!! If you go to Caye Caulker for a day sail, eat at The Sand Box. Best spicey conch fritters I've EVER eaten. Belize it!

The seafood is excellent. Pretty much everywhere you go they have good stuff. There is a nice restauraunt in town that has great food. I think it starts with and E I cant quite remember the name. But I never had a bad meal when I ate out.

Estel's if it's on the beach, Elvi's if it's in town, both are good, but different food. We love Estel's for lunch and breakfast..Elvi's for a nice dinner!

You will be just around the corner from Papi's. You should stop in there for sure. I ate there and Jambel's the most often last trip.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?
