Lady by the name of Melinda - she is a registered US nurse and offers child minding services. I don't have her contact details at home but will pm them to you in the morning.

If you are staying at a reputable hotel/resort they should have someone on staff or a person on call. If not, whereabouts will you be? There are some great people that may not be able to travel too far.
