I Ditto RI Beth and Short.

They are new and have a few kinks to work out but the food is absolutely fabulous IMO. And for menu prices- outstanding when you consider how much we have to pay for and how hard it is to get import products to work with.

We ate there a couple of weeks ago (after hearing the rave reviews) and our opinion is that while it is not "great", it is much better than "good" and the prices seemed fairly reasonable.

The service was excellent (the chef came to our table and mixed us custom sauces/ dishes, etc). We love the patio/ bar. Very nice. We needed a good Italian restaurant on the island and hope they make it!

I met this nice couple when they first came to town and as I have a background in the industry, I had several interesting conversations with them. The wife, sorry I can't remember your name, grew up in a traditional Italian family with 3 generations still living together and was taught to cook by her grandmother and her mother. What you will experience at their restaurant will be the most authentic Italian food that you will find here and in many places in Central America.

No, I have not made it down yet, saving the experience for a special occassion but definitely looking forward to the adventure!

Do not waste your time or money here. We ordered food to pick up. ALL the orders were prepared wrong and they charged USD $90.00 when they said it was BZ $90.00. This was for 1 lasagna, 1 pasta dish and one antipasta appetizers (all very small portions). The food was gross, we would have been better off with ketchup on spaghetti.

Sorry to hear that. We will give it a try in October while we are there. They opened just after our last trip in May and the atmosphere looks terrific. I hope they figure out these issues before then.

I had a very different experience than Karisse. Five of us ate there in June, and everything was great. I think the total came to a little over US$100 for five, including appetizers and a few drinks. The antipasto (US$15) was big enough to share among all of us, and the salami and cheeses were from Italy.

We had a good dinner, found out I don't like authentic Italian pizza, that is me NOT them.Tina and our guests enjoyed the food.Karisse, maybe you don't like authentic Italian food.Did you look at the menu for prices???? The pasta is fresh every day,you are pretty rough with your review. If they quoted you the wrong price, why would you pay specially if you were taking it out. Not like you were sitting at a table and there would have been an uncomfortable scene. What are you leaving out?
