Thanks! Also, I forgot to mention but all of the appliances are just 3 months old (fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, annnnddd 2 room air-conditioners)
People have asked what semi-furnished entails:
Queen sized bed, dresser, coffee table, dining table, dining chairs, 2 other furniture pieces, and then many random kitchen items including but not limited to: toaster, coffee maker, plates, silverware, trash can)

best of luck with the rental. I hope to be there soon, but can't make rental promises now. Love the location, price looks good without having actually seen the property (I know the location). Had there been a TV included, I might just have sucked it up and committed, lol . . .
