Marty OP	A public consultation by the Department of the Environment on whether a resort should be allowed to be constructed on Big and Little Channel Cayes in the Southwater Marine Reserve, Pelican Cayes, World Heritage Site, will be held on 15 September 2009 at 6:30 PM at the Placencia Village Community Center. All tour guides, tour operators and the general public are strongly urged to attend.
