I was referring to the Standard outdoor antenna that comes with most units sold. About the size of a pack of cigs, black and it folds up and down for adjustment. I have it on the roof of my house, get two bars and uninterrupted reception.

one of mine works a charm and the other has spotty reception. you have reminded me that we need to more the antennae around and see if we can improve reception. I love the XM/Sirius radio system.

We were having a hard time getting reception,thought the antenna was bad.Then we took a pie plate and made out of aluminum and put antenna in middle and now works GREAT.The plate works as a larger (antenna)dish, very easy quick and cheap.Works like a charm!

What a waste of a good pie.
