Any idea how long before this is going to be a reality?

there's one to corozal from SPR, then you can take bus/taxi to chet.

havent heard anything about direct boat to chet though.

No time line but heard it is coming and that it will definitely be a good option for a day trip to Chetumal. I do not remember the price I was told so not going to quote that yet but it was reasonable.

I was told this week that it was planning to start this Thursday and will run over the weekends - Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday. I think the price was $65
