Ms. Tillett advises me that the fogger will commence, today, at 5 p.m., North of the bridge.

Not sure how far they'll go, and whether grading is planned, but she advises that no grading is contemplated, South of the El Pescador area.

Cover your pots, caution your pets, and join us desperate ones, dancing in the fog.

This post confuses my ancient brain - can somebody explain what grading has to do with fogging?
