My two adult sons and I stayed at The Palms and really loved it! We had a 2 bedroom condo with 1.5 baths and the size was just perfect. We were on the bottom floor and our balcony/view were still wonderful.
We enjoyed being able to just walk out to the ocean and not have to go down stairs. We were able to walk down the beach to many restaurants and into town. We did get a golf cart but you can easily walk to town.
I will say that when we were there that the housekeeping was not to great. If the beds were not made, no linens changed, and new towels then we would hardly of known the place was cleaned. But that was OK because we clean up after ourselves.
The property is kind of small but that just meant less people around and we liked that! The security guards are really super and will help you with just about anything you need after the office people go home. One security guard even taught us how to fish off the end of the pier with a bottle, string and hook. And yes, we did catch fish!
The Palms is a very safe property and it was just perfect for us.
