My wife and I are planning a trip to Belize and are looking at spending 6 nights on CC Feb. 10th - 15th. It sounds like we may be there during the Carnival? If so, what should we expect and would it be wise to book a room in the "quieter" residential area? thanks.

I don't remember there having ever been any carnival celebrations on Caye Caulker. Anyone else remember any?
