tcoats	Just let me know if that doesn't work out. It is a small cookbook--only 22 pages--but contains all of the essential Belizean recipes. I bought it especially for the stew chicken and rice and beans recipes. Yum!

Niklauryn OP N	Will let you know for sure..September was our first time in Belize and we really loved the food, the people. I bought spices from the Rasta Pasta lady when I returned home and had them sent to my home...really good! Thanks again...
