Having not ever been to AC, I am wondering what an AC beach BBQ entails. Is it the typical beef/chicken thing? Or is it a seafood thing?
Who has the best ones? Particular hotel or restaurant?
Thanks!

Best BBQ (Sunday apternoon) is at BC'S. Bruce & Charlene are the hosts. They have chicken, ribs, fish & sausage. You can order one or a combination. Sausage is my favorite, but my husband likes the fish. The Holladay has a good BBQ on Wednesday nights (maybe Thursday) They have really great chops. Also yummy Key Lime Pie. You'll love both of these.

Where is BC's? Missed the BBQ on our visit last year, but don't want to miss it this time! Thanks.

The BBQ at BC's is wonderful but beware of the one at Paradise Resort. I have never been so sick in my life! Actually, I was told by a local to avoid all pork products on the island.

last year, i ate bacon several times, and ham. had ribs at BC's. no problems. in '93, my husband & friend got ill, i thought it was from mushrooms in omelets. they seemed to think it funny, but the internal use of pepto bismol appeared to keep the mosquitoes away, as we gals were getting bitten, but not them. they were thinking of repackaging it....
