Hi I was researching costs in selling a condo on AC it is seven years old. Is there a govt. tax to the seller on a seven year old condo (someone told me 10%) and what can someone expect to pay in real estate commisions or any other cost to the seller?

We just sold our condo earlier this year which we had had for 5 years. "Typical" real estate commission is about 8% and you have to pay 10% GST on the real estate commission. No other costs to the seller.

Plenty of realtors on the board who will no doubt correct me if I missed something out!!
