Hi Everyone. I have been to AC 4 times but always in first of April. This year I can only free-up to come the last week in May to the first week in June. I have read travel boards and guide books about the weather, but I just wanted opinions of people who actually live in AC what kind of weather I should realistically expect. I also read that the weather in AC is usually a little different than mainland Belize. I can handle an occasional rain shower, but not an all-day, everyday rain. My only other option this year in to come in August, but that is in the middle of hurricane season. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I like June and july, generally calm seas for diving and snorkeling and while showers can be expected they seldom last long unless there it is a large weather front.

Generally showers tend to pass over the island and end up on the mainland where they unload. The isladn gets one third of the rainfall that the mainland gets.

Book with confidence you would have to be unlucky to get a week of rain
