Does anyone know who is broadcasting the World Cup soccer tournament on Canadian TV?
We have Starchoice West Coast Canada feed but I cannot find any reference to who is carrying the live games.
Anyone any idea?

Unfortunately the past world cup coverage available in Belize has absolutely sucked and is the reason I have delayed my trip home until after the world cup finals so i can watch every game if I want.

Even when it was hosted in the US we only got the US games and when they were out that was it pretty much it.

Unfortunately the US dont really realize that Football is the most popular sport in the world and the world cup is the biggest sporting event in the world and not the superbowl,they should take that into account when the world cup comes around and give it more coverage.

Maybe it will be different this world cup but I am taking no chances.

You got it right there. I was in Houston the day the final was played some years back, and nearly EVERYBODY I spoke to was unaware that the World Cup Final was taking place IN THEIR OWN CITY!!!
I made a point of asking a few Italian Americans and even they did not know.
Soccer continues its unstoppable rise,fueled by commercialism, and sooner or later America as a nation will wake up!
As a BTW can you think of a genuine TEAM game that America excels at internationally? basket ball? ice hockey? neither are truly international. Not even rounders?
