I bought a jar of Chinese Garlic Chili Sauce and tried it out by mixing into scrambled eggs...wow what a flavour! Strong stuff...just use a little...

been there done that..gets your attention doesn't it.

Oh yes, but it has possibilities.

Bake some chicken with that stuff as a glaze, it's real goood!

That stuff can burn...........on both ends!!

But the taste is wonderful! I have two nice thick pork chops slathered in this sauce and roasting slowly. The house smells fantastic!

Try this. My favorite sauce for fried chicken (cold or hot)

3tbl Korean chili paste
3tbl ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
2tbl toasted sesame seeds
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Stir up

Coat fried chicken or use for dip
