Well fishing and dinning fans and to all my good friends on this board and on the Island !! Here is Some Great news ..For Those who know me know it was time to get back to real world and take back control of my health .So, so far I have lost 52 lbs have 25lbs more to lose till goal ..I am on A great Diet .And work out 6 days A week .If any one cares Great .. Thank you for your surport !!!I just want to share this with my friends who always say jeff your a great guy but lose some pounds .. Now Trying to live the dream for the long term !!!!!!!!!!
