Celebrity Weatherman of One Caribbean Weather/WSEE TV to Cover Event
San Pedro’s Lobster Fest has been gaining fame and getting bigger and better year after year since the first Lobster Fest in 2007. This year Lobster Fest is set for June 14 to June 20 and it’s going to be HOT, HOT, HOT, as celebrity weatherman Mr. Joey Stevens (and Bob the parrot) of One Caribbean Weather/ WSEE TV will be on the island covering San Pedro’s Lobster Fest.
Lobster Fest will commence on Monday, June 14 with its ‘Meet and Greet” event at El Divino at Banana Beach Resort. There will be several events leading to the much anticipated block party on Saturday, June 19 where Belizean Artist “Supa G” will be taking center stage as the night’s main entertainment. A cocktail and best lobster dish competition is scheduled during the block party, in which Joey Stevens will be a guest judge.
You can watch Joey Stevens and Bob the parrot everyday at 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm on CBS (local Channel 16) on One Caribbean Weather/WSEE TV. Joey Stevens is the Dean of local forecasters, providing forecasts for the past 30 years, longer than anyone else in the market and has been working with WSEE-TV since 1998. He travels around the Caribbean and features different destination during his weather forecasts.
On his website and blog, Joey and Bob comment that they are looking forward with great anticipation to meeting the great people of Ambergris Caye and the famous Taco Girl who has worked so hard in bringing them to this great event.
