I've never had any issues at all with the board.......or any other sites... but then again... I don't look at naughy websites either. I'm wondering about a few of you!! :P

Just scanned through all of the ubb files; they're all exactly as I left them the last time I upgraded (did a crc scan of the filesize based off of what I had in the upgrade file)

Naughty sites cause virus's......amongst other things! :P

The post from the server guy is invalid, we use UBBCode only, no HTML posting, all UBBCode content is flagged and filtered, javascript and html isn't allowed, period.

Of coarse! :P

But those are FUN things ...

I had this happen several years ago. Unfortunatley I no longer have the emails back and forth from the grand poohbah, screenshots or any other details. What I did discover, during my study of the error messages, was that the trojan was not inside the message board, but on one of the SP business pages. Then it mysrteriously quit several days later.
