Good God, what a waste, Sans food and deisel, its a self contained city state. I heard it was about 25 million FF&E to build and purchase land.

If I recall, there was environmental damage with the intial development and I've often wondered about the ongoing damage from herbicides, pesticides and such.

Shall Mother Nature now attempt to reclaim what is hers?

I would think there is more pesticide damage on Ambergris than Caye Chapel.
