Hey all!

My wife Joanna and I are looking for a furnished apartment for July, and we were hoping that someone on the boards knew of something they could personally recommend. We're looking for something that's pet friendly (we have a dog), and that's 800US or less.

The classifieds have been very helpful, but given the size of the community we figured you'd have some good leads as well.

Snap their hand off for $800, as that's peanuts for a Vacation Rental for a month.

I know it is, but we're not looking for anything fancy. We're actually coming down to live on the island for a while, and need a place to stay while we're looking (in person) at long-term rentals.

That changes nothing, you are still looking at a Vacation Rental as all long term rentals by law are a minimum 6 months, and you want an apartment. It's only a mile North of Town Centre, close to lots of options to look at and gives you time to find a 6 month lease or more at less than US$25 a night. Seriously snap their hand off.

The villa can be rented as a whole or individual units. I would consider renting the 2nd floor only for 800.00/month, during off season only, not including utilities or pet deposit. Any takers?
