Hi, I have a friend who is bringing her 80 year old mother to the island for a few days. She uses a walker. Can you all make some suggestions about places they can go that are handicapped accessible and have air conditioning? Any tips about ensuring this is a safe and fun trip for them would be appreciated!

Yes, good call Diane. A Ground floor unit there would be perfect with easy access to town as its at the end of Front St and everything is paved.

though not in town ( and the OP did not specify), Banana Beach fits the bill as well. First floor, original bldg, poolside minis.
