The lovely young ladies vying for the title of Miss San Pedro 2010-2011 will be onstage tonight giving it their best shot and hoping to be the lucky winner who will walk away with the title of Miss San Pedro. There will be a fabulous show, so come to the Old Football Field where you will see incredible presentations, dances, costumes and gorgeous gowns on-stage. This is an event that you won't want to miss.
The winner of this pageant will be crowned on September 10th before the uniform parade through the streets of San Pedro.

They have been fortunate to enjoy a lot of visits to the beautiful places around Belize, and even in their hometown of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye. Win or lose, they will have enriched their lives with wonderful memories...best of luck to all the young ladies!!

Miss Congeniality was Genny Rhaburn. Natasha will be crowned on September 10th before the uniform parade celebrating St. George's Caye Day. The Miss San Pedro Pageant was the official kick-off to the September celebrations in San Pedro.

Natasha Stewart has been selected as the new Miss San Pedro 2010 at the pageant that took place on Saturday, September 4 where five other contestants graced the stage with their elegance, charm and beauty. It was a night of underwater enchantment as the theme for this year's pageant was "Enchanting and Magical - Our Belizean Barrier Reef".
Geli Nuñez came in as 1st Runner Up, while Genny Rhaburn was nominated Miss Congeniality; Natasha Stewart also won Miss Photogenic. The new Miss San Pedro will be crowned at official ceremonies this Friday at the 10th September Celebrations. (More on Thursday's edition of Ambergris Today)

Under the theme “Enchanting and Magical – Our Belizean Barrier Reef” six beautiful young ladies took center stage this past Saturday, September 4 at the Old Football Field as they vied for the coveted title of Miss San Pedro. But it was Natasha Stuart that won the hearts of the judges and was selected as San Pedro’s newest beauty ambassador.
The six beautiful young ladies first delighted the crowd with a well choreographed and energetic dance alongside outgoing Miss San Pedro – Raquel Badillo. The six charming young ladies introduced themselves during the costume competition that accentuated the beautifully decorated background depicting our Belizean Barrier Reef. The costumes depicted a sea creature that calls our Barrier Reef home; there was The Moray Eel, The Queen Conch, Sea Urchin, Star Fish, Sea Fan and Black Coral.
The Miss San Pedro Pageant 2010 was one the best organized and most creative pageants in Miss San Pedro’s history! Entertainers had every dance and every move professionally rehearsed and delivered, and the crowd was pleased with every performance.
One of the crowd’s favorite segments of the pageant is the swimsuit competition and this year it did not fail to impress. The girls later on wowed the crowd with very elegant and beautiful evening gowns. Talent, grace and intelligence were highly evident.
When it came to the question and answer segment all ears were synchronized to the microphone as this had to make the subtle difference to determine the winner. All girls had done an exceptional job on stage and the judges had a difficult job to determine a winner.
And the winner of the best contested pageant was Natasha Stuart – Miss Captain Shark’s who was also named Miss Photogenic. First runner up was Miss Castillo’s Hardware Gelie Nuñez and Miss Congeniality was Gennie Rhaburn Miss Victoria House. All six beautiful young ladies won the respect and admiration of the public as they all did a wonderful job at this year’s pageant.
The official Miss San Pedro coronation will take place on Friday, September 10 at the old football. Our new Miss San Pedro Natasha Stuart will then lead the uniform parade through the main streets of San Pedro. Congratulations to all the beautiful young ladies, you make us proud!

The coronation of Miss San Pedro 2010 and a Uniform Parade took place on Friday, September 10, in San Pedro as part of National Day (St. George's Caye Day). Natasha Stuart, Miss San Pedro 2010, lead the parade that culminated at the Old Football Field where the San Pedro Town Council distributed cold treats and goodies to the school children.
