Marty, GREAT video. Very informative. Looks like a winner. It causes me to remember the quake in Haiti, the vast amount of debris left and a recent sport fishing report from there. The report said there was little to none shallow water sport fishing any where in the country, due to over fishing in the past. Not surprising. When one consideres the VAST amounts of concrete debris that remains in the streets it would seem that it might be picked up in trucks (eventually) and could becone a shallow water reef suitable for coral transplanting. "If you build it, they will come". ie; fish and fly fishers and tourists. While I appreciate the difficulties that a environmental reconstruction group might encounter dealing with the local administration's approval of such a project, it would seem to be a long term benefit to the local economy as well as the environment. JUST A THOUGHT that may have possibilities.
