Administrative Clerk for the Ambergris Caye Citizens for Sustainable Development (ACCSD)

The Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations of the ACCSD.

The Administrative Clerk reports to the Executive committee of the ACCSD and is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and clerical services.

Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
Main Activities
Gathering and collating data and information about future and ongoing projects and developments on the island.
Updating website and facebook on the request of the EC.
Types agendas for meetings
Contacting and working with other environmental NGO's and government departments to request information and documents.
Email reminders and notices for Committee meetings.
Attends, records and transcribes minutes of all committee meetings.
Transcribes formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondence documents, data and graphics
Word processes all manuscripts, letters, documents and proposals
Processes outgoing mail
Compiles and maintain an up to date membership list.
Filing correspondence
Ensures the offices are kept clean and organized

High school diploma.
Computer literate
Speak English and Spanish.

Initial starting salary $350bz per week with a review after 3 months.

8am to 12 noon, 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.
