Mathieu's Deli is a new business on San Pedro, run by Gunter, who used to have "The Pastry Shop" on Caye Caulker.

We bake bread, the usual cinnamon rolls, danish, do sandwiches and hand made pasta (as in Gunter makes his own lasagne, fettucine, ravioli and Spaghetti, plain or flavored, by hand from scratch as well as the sauces).

We will soon be selling products in the street in Caye Caulker, let us know what you'd like to see and we'll work on bringing it over! thanks!

at the moment we won't be doing "home" deliveries (unless you live next door to us in san pablo!), but we are working on someone delivering to resorts and condos in resorts.

Re Caye Caulker - once we settle down a little, we're planning on having someone sell in the street in CC.... We're also trying to find time to do photos for a website. we were super busy today after Marty posted a copy of the San Pedro Daily article about us, and the article appearing in the SP Sun yesterday!

If you have a guy on the street in caye caulker, just send to drop your home orders.

That seems spiteful and unprovoked as it's very clear Gunter has his own business now and isn't associated with the Baker at all.

Please do address all quality or delivery complaints about bread on CC to the shop you purchased it. Mathieu's Delicatessen does not deliver to Caye Caulker. Many thanks!
