We are arriving February 26th with at least one large box of supplies for Holy Cross. The items were purchased based on their wish list. The question is, do we need to do anything special at customs? I will have a copy of the wish list in the box. Is that good enough or will we still have to pay taxes?

Looking forward to a great week!

Chris

In the past few years we have had to pay taxes for anything that we have brought down for Holy Cross that we "claimed" on the customs form b/c we were being honest. I heard on one of our recent trips that if you e-mail Ms. Francis Wilson she can e-mail you a form that should exempt you from the taxes. Her address should be on the Holy Cross website. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Have brought things to Holy Cross three times and never had a problem with customs. Last December had over 100 lbs of school supplies and shoes and when asked what is in the luggage told customs school supplies and went right tru.
