I am finding that the "main list" of topics is saying that there are new posts, but when I go to that topic, there are no new posts. For instance, I asked a question on the "Living in Belize" board, and it says that there is an answer posted at 11 something this morning. It is now 3, but there is no answer to my post that I can see. Does anyone else experience this? Do I need to just give it some more time? (And I have noticed this more than once)

Hold down the shift key while you click on the link to "Living in Belize". Your browser is probably loading a cached (saved) copy of the page from a couple hours ago because mine has been working ok. Holding down <shift> forces a full fresh reload.

OK! Tried that... still nuttin there. Very odd. The post I'm referring to was about satellite internet. Will someone else go over to the "Living in Belize" board and see if you can see a response to my question? Thanks in advance.

Try your F5 key, it refreshes the screen. I've had to do that a few times, and it works!

That happens to me, too. I usually hit refresh on the main page and then on each "tier" of the board. That usually works. If it doesn't, I just log off and come back on later.
