"The Rotary Club of Punta Gorda along with the Sunrise Club of Belize City has ventured into a project of issuing English Spanish dictionaries to all high schools in Toledo, especially to all first formers. We have delivered dictionaries over to Toledo Community College, Julian Cho and Corazon High School, Mafredi Vo-Tech, Providence Adventist High School and Claver College Extension. We had ventured into this project because we saw the need for all first formers to get English Spanish dictionaries because Spanish is a very important subject for our students."
Besides this donation project of English and Spanish dictionaries to first form students of Toledo High Schools, the Punta Gorda Rotary Club last year undertook a five year plan of feeding project in four Toledo rural primary schools and provided needed school kitchen utensils to five other Toledo schools.
