Hello again all!

My husband and I have decided that beautiful Ambergris Caye and the Blue Hole are worth braving the possible August mosquitos smile Now we need to find a place to stay. I've zeroed in on 3 places at this point:

1.) Ramon's Village (Resort)
2.) The Tree House (Rental House on the Beach)
3.) Casita Buena Vista (Guesthouse Rental w/Private Beach)

Do any of you have any experience and/or thoughts about any of these three properties? We're looking for something with a relaxing atmosphere, and as close to "on the beach" as possible. We would like close proximity to restaurants and a dive shop as well. Any opinions/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance and I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week!

They are all on the beach.
A lot more activity and night life at ramons village.
The tree house would be the most quiet.
casa Buena Vista is quiet also.

Restaurants are everywhere and its easy to catch the Coastal Express from any dock , it runs like a bus every hour way into the night.

I would suggest Ramon's. It fits the bill for your wish list. It has one of the best swimming and beach areas, nice lounge chairs, its own dive shop, a "reef" snorkeling area at the end of its dock, a great restaurant and bar, beautiful meandering swimming pool, lush tropical grounds, and close enough to walk (no golf cart or water taxi or bridge toll expenses)to everything in town, including all the great restaurants.
