Contact BUPA insurance - you can find the company online along with rate quotes.

I have Bupa insurance - bought through the RF & G affiliate in Miami.

It's on a sliding scale but rates for young folks (early 20's) starts around $2,500 US per year for critical care insurance, in your 40's it gets around the $3K mark and in your 50's it starts hitting around $4K per year. Dependents are only about $500 per kid per year.

This is critical care only, not regular screen visits etc.

Question: I went to Bupa's website, and they do not seem to have any facilities in Belize. Would care received in Belize still be covered as "out of network" if over one's deductible? Not quite sure how this works. Thanks much!

You do not need to seek a facility that is on the Bupa network. They publish the network because it's easier for you to go there, knowing the provider is already in the Bupa system.
If you get care in Belize you will pay out of pocket and then file for reimbursement from Bupa. Bupa will pay you efficiently and according to the policy. Be aware that the cost of care in Belize is so low that it's hard to exceed your deductible!

Capital Life for Life Insurance - if memory serves me correctly, the folks at RF & G can facilitate.
